Confectious Delights ,LLC was found 

by Cindy Nguyen who is a stay at home mom. Cindy started baking since 2007 and relaunched Confectious Delights in August of 2019 as a hobby baking blog where she shared her bake goods online. In January 2020, Cindy decided to make her hobby into a small home  baking business.
